Revolving machines

The automatic corker MOD. MT/SR-T is conceived for the application of cork wine caps and T-caps, for a production of 2.500 b/h. The mechanical head lifting is activated through a hand wheel. The caps are fed through an automatic vibrating feeder. The change of the closure is easy and rapid and takes place with the rotation of the capping-head on itself. The format change and the height adjustment are quick and simple.
The machine is available in two versions: stand-alone or turret to be mounted on mono-blocks/tri-blocks.

The automatic corker MOD. MT/SR-VX, maximum production 2.500 b/h, is conceived for the application of cork caps and aluminium screw caps. On customer specific request it is possible to handle caps with height up to 56 mm.
The closing system of the corking group has four blocks, made of tempered and rectified stainless steel with centesimal tolerance, running on bronze carriage and it’s easy to disassemble for the cleaning and sterilizing operations, while the screw closing system has a no-cap/no-roll threading head. The caps are fed automatically through the vibrating feeder. The change of the closure is easy and rapid and takes place with the rotation of the capping-head on itself. The format change and the height adjustment are quick and simple.

The automatic capper MOD. MT/VX-CX is provided with one aluminium screw cap head and one crown cap head Ø 26 or Ø 29, for a maximum production of 2.500 b/h. The aluminium screw caps are fed through the vibrating feeder (the cap is positioned in the centering device and then automatically pressed on the bottle). The machine comes standard equipped with a four rollers no-cap/no-roll threading head powered by an electric motor which is mounted on a slide with expansive pulley, in order to increase or decrease the number of its rotations.
The crown caps are also fed through an automatic vibrating feeder with a specific photocell on the chute to start or stop the vibrator, in order to prevent any excessive aesthetic damage. The change of the closure is easy and rapid and takes place with the rotation of the capping-head on itself. The format change and the height adjustment are quick and simple.

The automatic revolving capper MOD. MT/VX-PK (Pick & Place), maximum production 2.500 b/h, is conceived for the application of aluminium caps on glass bottles and pre-threaded caps on P.E.T. bottles. Both caps are fed through circular vibrating feeder. The aluminium screw cap is positioned in the centering device and then automatically pressed on the bottle and threaded through the stainless steel threading-head with 4 no-cap/no-roll rollers.
The pre-threaded cap is distributed to a Pick & Place transfer system: the magnetic head takes the cap with the positive seize and then applies it to the top of the bottle.

The screw and T-caps are fed through an automatic vibrating feeder equipped with an additional tank for the T-caps. The change of the closure is easy and rapid and takes place with the rotation of the capping-head on itself. The format change and the height adjustment are quick and simple.
